Do I have to choose my plan before I start my trial?

No, you don’t need to choose a plan․ You have 14-days free trial period, during which you can explore all the features available.

Is there any credit card fees?

Do you charge a setup fee?

There is absolutely no kind of setup fee when you sign up for any of our plans and start a free trial.

You don’t need to attach a credit card to sign up on UteachStem.

You can easily switch plans (Upgrade) on UteachStem whenever you want.

What if I decide to change my plan in the middle of the month?

You can update this subscription any time you like. You’ll continue to use the plan you’ve already paid for until the current month ends. The plan you resubscribed to will come into effect next month.

What if there was no money on the card and my subscription is disabled?

Our system has clear periods for automatic withdrawal.

So, if there was no money on the card and the subscription was disabled, follow these steps.

Go to your dashboard and click the update button.

Click on the Make a payment button in the credit card section. The amount will be charged immediately, and your subscription will be reactivated.
